The gentle sunshine of May falls outside the workshop of Hebei Morui Composite Materials Co., Ltd., and a business journey spanning the Mediterranean and Eurasia is underway. Mr. Souf from Casablanca, Morocco, stepped into the door of our factory with high expectations for fiberglass products. This visit is not only the starting point of commercial cooperation, but also a microcosm of the deepening exchanges between China and Morocco in the industrial field.

Accompanied by General Manager  Mokun Zhao and Chief Technology Officer Mr. FA, the Souf team conducted a two-day in-depth inspection of fiberglass pipes, fiberglass gratings, fiberglass tanks, and  steel gratings.

Mr. Souf's team first stopped at the raw material area. Our Chief Technology Officer, Mr. FA, demonstrated on-site the use of EU EN standards for resin viscosity testing and alkali content analysis of glass fibers. In response to Mr. Souf's high temperature and high salt spray environment requirements, we specially customized the product formula for ethylene based resin.

When seeing the 4.5-meter diameter fiberglass pipeline being formed with millimeter level precision on the automated winding machine, the Souf team recorded the entire process with their mobile phones and said, "Our original European factory still relies on semi manual operation, and this fully closed-loop control PLC system can ensure consistency in batch products. "

In the end, the Souf team highly appreciated the samples and prices we provided, stating that 'your quality fully meets the standards of the European market and the prices are much cheaper'
